About Miki

scott-ms.jpgI’m Miki Saxon and in addition to writing MAPping Company Success for my company, RampUp Solutions, Inc. I also write the Leadership Turn blog for b5media, I’ve been coaching startup executives on their cultures and communication skills for 10 years.I use a system I developed called MAP (mindset, attitude, philosophy)™ that’s predicated on the belief that every outcome starts with a thought, so “To change what they do, change how you think™”

MAP is the result of more than 25 years of successful recruiting during which I developed an in-depth understanding of the bottom line impact of employees who are turned on—and off. I distilled that knowledge, combined it with my co-founder’s view from the top, and turned it into the framework called MAP (mindset, attitude, philosophy)™ that helps leaders build better cultures and achieve stronger results.

In 2003, we shifted the business model from straight consulting to a virtual coaching model to accommodate both the requests of our clients and my move to southern Washington State.

In 1993, I wrote The Swamp and the Alligators: a (slightly irreverent) guide to career planning and the search process and was named Author-in-Residence at San Francisco State University Career Center.

You can check out my LinkedIn profile for more details, please note that I only accept connection requests from people I know well enough professionally to recommend. To contact me directly call 866.265.7267 or write miki@RampUpSolutions.com.
