Did you know that in England advice columns are written by so-called Agony Aunts?

Which seems a pretty accurate description when dealing with the often painful issues of corporate culture, motivation and management/leadership—which should be tightly interwoven.

I frequently get calls or emails looking for coaching, how-to’s or a quick fix to a particular problem or situation and I enjoy responding and helping people resolve them.

I like to share both situations and resolutions with my readers, assuming I have permission, usually anonymously, occasionally with attribution.

So, consider this post a standing invitation to contact me. After all, the worst thing that can happen is that I can’t help.
