I guess it depends on who the idiot is. One form of an idiot is bosses that fail to communicate. I had one of those before. We were being told to row, but weren’t quite sure where to go. It can be pretty stressful. Your not sure if you are heading towards paradise or a water fall!

Oh, Mike, you are so right. Failure to communicate is a primal management sin in my book. And I’m not talking about visions, but about solid goals that give people both direction and satisfaction when they are achieved.
I hope you clicked over to see what happens when idiots do cause stress.

Hi Miki, no I didn’t know you could click over. I thought you were just asking the question : )
Any way, the article is interesting. May we all hope we aren’t contributing to someone’s death. Because we can all be stupid from time to time. Though I don’t think most of us would be asking for correction fluid to use on the monitor!

LOL. I remind myself every time I think, “boy, is he/she an idiot…” that at least one person, probably more, is thinking that about me at the same moment.
Doesn’t stop me from thinking it, but it does keep it in perspective:)
