So it's going to be tried again in the most seismically fragile area of the country? But it's especially ironic to me because it's a woman CEO making the decisions. If that's not 'betting the farm' I don't know what is. But I've always said that given the opportunity women could (would?) act just as stupidly as men. I hope no one is harmed as a result of her experimentation. On the other hand . . . they used to think the world was flat and you'd fall off the end so - if people didn't take risks where would we be? It is a dilemma isn't it?
