Henderson certainly has it right: urgent, simple execution is what it’s ALL ABOUT! I’d include honest between simple and execution, for without honesty, the execution doesn’t matter.
Honesty with your employees, your shareholders, and your family. Why are you doing what you’re doing? Be transparent, be authentic, and be HONEST!
