If your people didn&#039;t trust you, weren&#039;t sure that the messenger was never shot and believe in your authenticity they wouldn&#039;t tell you.

Sometimes, it&#039;s something small like a cup of coffee or nice lunch. Sometimes, it&#039;s something larger, like an extra hour or two off of work, or some special training, or whatever.

If I can do it, I do it. And if I can&#039;t, I let them know why, at least why not right now. And then I try to find another time to deliver.</description>
